This commercial grade material is a hard surfaced product that excels in resistance to scratches and scuffing; making it an ideal material for high traffic areas in the home. The manufacturing process ensures quality and consistency of design and color from project to project and over time. |
How it is made:
TFL Panels are made by fusing a resin impregnated sheet of décor paper directly to a substrate.
Heat and pressure activate the resin in the saturated TFL sheet, creating a cross
linked bond with the substrate. This effectively seals the substrate and creates both true to life wood grain designs and other aesthetically appealing printed panels.
How it is used:
Panels are used to construct system partitions, shelves, door and drawer fronts for a coordinated system
look and feel.Exposed edges are sealed with coordinating 1/16” (1mm) edge banding, which increases durability and
creates a finished look.
