Adding the Salesforce ID into an existing CADPro file

If the Salesforce ID is missing from your Customer Details page in CAD, you can find it in Salesforce.  Your CAD to Salesforce upload will not work without it.

The Salesforce ID can be found in the URL or in the Trade tab under System Info in Salesforce.

You can then Copy and Paste the Opportunity ID from Salesforce into the Salesforce ID in the Customer Details page of CAD

Avoiding Solution for encountering Pop -up Blockers  In order to use DocuSign from Salesforce, you must update your Chrome Security Settings to ensure that you are not blocked when opening DocuSign. 

 

  1. CLICK the link below to be taken to your Chrome Settings page for managing Pop-ups and Redirects.  (If this page opens in a different browser for you, then copy and paste this link directly into Chrome).   chrome://settings/content/popups 

2. Within the Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects  option, CLICK the Add button

3. COPY and PASTE the Salesforce link below into the Add a Site window

  1. When encountering a Pop-up Blocker error message click into the icon with the red Xin the top right sideof your browser.

  1. You’ll need to close out of the Adobe Sign Agreement and click back into your draft on the Opportunity to reopen the Agreement link in the Agreements component.
