Certification Steps:

Loading the van (Cart Method):

  1. The sled/cart has been located in the shop/warehouse.

  2. The sled/cart has been reviewed to ensure all key components are included (partitions, shelves, drawers/doors, countertops, accessories, hardware)

  3. If applicable: Missing parts were identified and communicated for replacement.

  4. All parts and hardware for the job are loaded and secured in the van.

Loading the van (Hand Method):

  1. The job components have been located in the shop/warehouse.

  2. The job components have been reviewed to ensure all key components are included (partitions, shelves, drawers/doors, countertops, accessories, hardware)

  3. If applicable: Missing parts were identified and communicated for replacement.

  4. All parts and hardware for the job are loaded and secured in the van.

Loading Full Cabinets:

  1. The cabinets have been located in the shop/warehouse.

  2. The cabinets have been inspected for damage (front, back, sides, corners, hinges)

  3. If applicable: Damaged parts were identified and communicated for replacement.

  4. Cabinets have been loaded and secured in the van.

Loading Drawers/Glass:

  1. All drawers or specialty items have been located in the shop/warehouse.

  2. All drawers or specialty items have been loaded in the van with protection.

  3. All drawers or specialty items have been secured in the van for transport.

Loading Accessories:

  1. All accessories have been located and are accounted for according to the BOM.

  2. All accessories have been organized separate from TFL or specialty materials.

  3. All accessories have been loaded and secured in the van.
