Double check measurements of the bottom shelf and bottom cap.

Dry fit the bottom cap.

Place the bottom cap below the bottom shelf and clamp it into place.
Using an 18-gauge nail gun, place 1” 1 1/4” nails from the bottom shelf into the bottom cap to secure it into place.
Place 1 1/4” screws from the bottom fixed shelf into the bottom cap into each of the partitions. Screws should be placed at each partition.

Screws must always be used to secure a bottom cap. Using only nails will not suffice.
Cover the screws with fast caps or wax them.
Ensure the bottom cap is secure.

Inspect the installation and complete any touch ups if necessary.
