Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must beworn at all times when handling material and operating the power tools mentioned throughout this process. Review the PPE Matrix for further guidance.

  1. Locate all materials.  Wrap panels can be single pieces or multiple pieces in a stack. 

If you are completing a multi-stack, pay close attention to the elevation to understand the orientation. If it is not clear, speak with the design consultant or your install manager for clarification.

  1. Dry fit the pieces to ensure all dimensions are correct and review where the attachment points are.  Note where all shelves are located on the partition.

  2. Beginning from the bottom, place the partition on top of the first wrap panel.

  • Ensure there is no debris or anything between the panel and partition, and the partition is resting against the panel with no gaps.

  • A clamp will help to hold the panel in place.

  1. Attach the panel by nailing from the partition into the panel.

  • Place a screw in the front and back of the partition at each fixed shelf location. All screws should be concealed by the shelf after it is installed. All screws must be countersunk.

  • Place nails in all corners of the partition aligning with the wrap panel, and every 18” along the front and back, continuing up the height of the partition.

  • Hide nails behind shelves or other elements of the component.

  • Refer to the table below to understand nail and screw sizes depending on the thickness of the material you are installing.

  1. Multi-Stack Only: Place the next panel under the partition and follow step 5 to secure it in place.

  2. Ensure all nail holes are touched up.

  3. Complete the remainder of the system skeleton.

  1. Inspect the installation and complete any touch ups if necessary.

  2. If there are no more components to install, remove all stickers/labels.

  3. If there are no more components to install, complete the clean up process.

  4. If there are no more components to install, complete the Professional Installation Experience by walking through the space with the customer and deliveringthe final product.

Certification Steps:

  1. Panels are flush against the partition and secured with no gap.

  2. Screws are placed at each fixed shelf location and concealed by the fixed shelf.

  3. Nails are placed in each corner and every 12 - 18” along the front and back of the panel, continuing up the height of the component.

  4. Nails are hidden behind fixed and adjustable shelf locations.

  5. All nail holes have been touched up.
