To install the Kinetic Client, you need to have local administrator privileges on your computer. If the user installing does NOT have local administrator privileges, you will be prompted for administrative credentials when you launch the installer. |
Installation Steps
Use this link to download the Kinetic 2023.2 DEVELOPMENT Client.
You may need to open your internet browser’s download folder to find the file.
Depending on your browser you will need to dismiss warnings for the file to download.
Examples:
After you install the Kinetic Client, find the “Epicor Software” folder on your desktop.
Open the folder to “Kinetic Client".
Open the folder to “Development”.
Select the Application you are using.
You will use your Cal Closets email and password to login.

I like the Application User Guide. It is huge; 1717 pages. But it’s searchable, and the table of contents items are hyperlinked and take you right to the topic.
For a basic quote-to-cash scenario that’s only 36 pages, System Flow education doc is here on SharePoint.
