Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times when handling material and operating the power tools mentioned throughout this process. Review the PPE Matrix for further guidance.

  1. Test the light functionality.

  • Connect the driver to an outlet and plug the light into the driver.

  • If the light is not functioning according to standard quality, contact the shop or warehouse to inquire about a replacement light.

  1. Install the shelf supports into the pre-drilled holes with the smaller tip facing up.

  2. Connect the shelf light lead to any required extensions.

  3. Pull the lead to the designated distribution box at the top or bottom of the component.

Use the rubber gloves when handling glass.

  1. Connect the shelf lead/extension to the distribution box and complete the network set up.

If the system contains backing, follow the lighting with backing process to create an access hole for the shelf’s light lead.

  2. If there are no more components to install, remove all stickers/labels.

  3. If there are no more components to install, complete the clean up process.

  4. If there are no more components to install, complete the Professional Installation Experience by walking through the space with the customer and deliveringthe final product.
