All the Epicor Documentation is on SharePoint. First try the links below then come back and explore if you feel like it.
I like the Application User Guide. It is huge; 1717 pages. But it’s searchable, and the table of contents items are hyperlinked and take you right to the topic.
For a basic quote-to-cash scenario that’s only 36 pages, System Flow education doc is here on SharePoint.
The rest of the Education doc are good guides to basic Epicor functionality.
