1. Use this link to download the Kinetic 2023.2 DEVELOPMENT Client.

   1. You may need to open your internet browser’s download folder to find the file.

   2. Depending on your browser you will need to dismiss warnings for the file to download.

2. After you install the Kinetic Client, find the “Epicor Software” folder on your desktop.

   

3. Open the folder to “Kinetic Client".

   

4. Open the folder to “Development”.

5. Select the Application you are using.

   

6. You will use your Cal Closets email and password to login.

• All the Epicor Documentation is on SharePoint.  First try the links below then come back and explore if you feel like it.

• I like the Application User Guide.  It is huge; 1717 pages.  But it’s searchable, and the table of contents items are hyperlinked and take you right to the topic.

• For a basic quote-to-cash scenario that’s only 36 pages, System Flow education doc is here on SharePoint. 

• The rest of the Education doc are good guides to basic Epicor functionality.
