Call designer to advise job status
Text/Share images of the install with the designer. This should include progress photos if the install is not yet complete.
Call your manager to advise job status and understand next steps for the remainder of the day
If Applicable: Inform your manager if you hit or miss the budgeted install time
Update job notes and documents in Dashboard
Status of job (complete/incomplete)
Feedback or notes from the customer
Include a mention tag for the designer to notify the job is complete
Upload Return Visit or Job Completion form as completed in Step 2
If Applicable: Notes relating to payment/balance collection from the customer
Upload images of the space to Dashboard
Images of completed units
Images of current state if a return visit is required
If Applicable: Images of any damage
Complete all paperwork and submissions prior to leaving the jobsite.
If completion is not possible at the jobsite due to server access/connectivity: Manually document all applicable notes while it is still fresh, and submit all documentation upon return to the shop/warehouse.
