Please follow the instructions below to install the Kinetic client for the Pilot environment.

Use this link to download and install the Kinetic client.
In the system tray, click CAL-KineticClientInstall.exe
Note: If you see a message that the file is dangerous, follow the steps at the bottom of this topic.

Right-click KineticPilot Environment, then Send To > Desktop.
Find the KineticPilot Environment icon on your desktop.

Then logon the Kinetic Pilot environment, bypass Current Password and set the password you prefer.
When you logon Epicor for the first time, do not key anything into the password field. Just enter your Epicor User ID then hit the Enter key. After that you will get a message that says something like you have 2 more logon attempts, do you want to create your password. Click the affirmative response, do not enter current password, do enter and verify the new password that you want to set.
To install the Data Management Tool:
CAL-KineticDMTClientInstall.exe will download. Click that to install DMT.
If you get a message that the file is dangerous, don’t worry, the file is not dangerous. Follow the steps below
If you see … is not commonly downloaded and may be dangerous.
Click the up arrow to the right of Discard and select Keep.
Click the file name to launch the loader.
If you see … is dangerous and has been blocked
Open your Downloads folder and find the file name starting with “Unconfirmed .”.
Rename that file to “CAL-KineticClientInstall.exe”.
Double-click the CAL-KineticClientInstall.exe file to install the client.
Go to Step 2 and complete the client install.

MOCK / TEST are both located in the Development folder
You should delete anything in the folder that says Data Collection in the title. We do not use this software feature.
You should end up with KineticMock, KineticPilot, KineticTest.
PILOT is for developers only. If you wish, you can also delete PILOT.
