To change a designer’s assigned regions, navigate to their service resource pageprofile. Find the Service Territories Tab and select “New”in the upper right of the section.

A new tab will open where you can populate the required information. Click Save when done.
a. Service Territory – manually enter the name of the territory to search for the territory you want to add.
b. Territory Type – mark only one as primary, others as secondary (there can only be one primary region)
c. REMOVE country for secondary assignments – leave as --None--
d. ADD designer operating hours – may need press enter/search for results to show
e. Fill in duration at bottom – add END date for expiration if necessary (a three-day window minimum is ideal, so appointment times are available).

If necessary, a designer can also have different operating hours per region. They can have virtual hours for virtual only regions. Or , or they may be willing to take early or late appointments in regions that are geographically close to their house. Whatever the use case may be, the setup is simple.
In the below example, the designer has two operating hour records and each one is assigned to a different region.
