Once an Initial Consultation is scheduled on the opportunity, the sub-status of the opportunity shifts to “Intro-Call Required”. A designer should perform the introductory phone call within 24-48hrs from when the consultation is scheduled. Here’s how to update the sub-status of the opportunity page.

Navigate to the Opportunity Page
Under Opportunity Information>Click the pencil icon the far right of the “Sub-Status” line
Select the appropriate status from the drop down “Intro Call Complete” or “Intro Call Attempted”
