Once an Initial Consultation is scheduled on the opportunity, the sub-status of the opportunity shifts to “Intro-Call Required”. A designer should update the Sub-Status to “Intro Call Complete” within 24-48hrs.

Navigate to the Opportunity Page (See article 4 to learn various ways to navigate to the opportunity)
Under Opportunity Information>Click the pencil icon the far right of the “Sub-Status” line
Select the appropriate status from the drop down “Intro Call Complete” or “Intro Call Attempted”

Scroll to Sub-Status that says “Intro Call Required”
Click drop down and select “Intro Call Complete” or “Intro Call Attempted”
