Once a Contract is sent ‘out for signature’ and signed by at least one party this will lock the ‘upload and import' to Dash. If a client wants to make changes prior to signing the contract, here are the steps to cancelling a contract.
Go to the ‘Adobe Sign’ tab from the Opportunity to view your Adobe Agreement.
Go to the dropdown on the right.
Select ‘Cancel Agreement.'
This will remove ‘pending’ contract status and allow you ‘upload and import’ your new Design record and send out a new contract.
