Overview

We’ve made it easy to install Kinetic on your company-managed laptop. Kinetic can be downloaded from the Company Portal app with just a few clicks. Follow the guide below to get started.

Installing Kinetic from Company Portal

1. In your Windows start menu, search for “Company Portal”.

   

2. Open the Company Portal app and click on Apps in the left-hand menu. Look for Kinetic Client and then click into the app.

   

3. Click Install to begin.

   

4. The app will begin to download and install to your computer.

   

5. You will see a notification indicating that the install is in progress.

   

6. Once complete, you will see a similar notification that the install was successful. You will also see an Epicor Software folder appear on your desktop.

   

7. Open the Epicor Software folder then > Kinetic Client > Production

   

8. Then launch Kinetic to open the program.

   

9. Epicor will launch and begin its initial updates.

   

10. Once complete, you will be prompted to log in with your Windows Credentials. Click your account to proceed.

    

11. You should now be logged into Kinetic
