Once a customer job has been exported from Dashboard to Epicor, a quote will be automatically generated; however, the fields should be reviewed for accuracy.

  1. In Menu Groups open the franchise folder associated with the order. For example: CA Closets CC1> CC-Phoenix
  2. Follow this path: Sales Management>Quote Management>General Operations>Opportunity/Quote Entry>New >New Quote
