Component Properties
The Properties [Comp] box holds detailed information and is where the user can make changes specific to it’s dedicated component. Users can either single left click on an empty section of a component (not on a part) to access, or right click on a component and select the top option to access this menu.

The Component Properties dialog will have the same fields for every component regardless of the type of component or what parts are added to it.
Just like a design zone property box, use the Apply properties to.. options at the bottom to apply any changes made to other components as well.
If parts are filling the entire component, the user can move/delete/center and access component properties by right clicking and going to the Component sub-menu to find the options.
This us because the program is recognizing parts, components and design zones in layers (in that order). There is also a design zone submenu to edit the design zone with components and parts in the way.
Users can also single left click on the dimension line above (or sometimes below) a component to access the component properties. Just ensure the cursor is hovering over the dimension line, and once clicked, the entire component should have a darker blue outline.
