Stacked Components

When stacking components in CAD, the program automatically recognizes the component below and the new component will sit on top of an existing one. Components may be stacked if the client has very tall ceilings, when designing over a wall bed, or when creating media or hutch cabinets.

It is recommended that a stacked component sit on top of a countertop or a top cap to make it easier to machine and install, while also creating a better design (grained materials have a hard time lining up, seams are very obvious).

Users want to add a top cap or countertop before adding the second stacked component.
