Review Pane

The Review Pane is a feature that provides a passive way for users to see warnings and errors in a design, and also assist in troubleshooting at the same time. The purpose is to improve the quality of jobs sold as the user can diagnose and solve these issues, or review items, more quickly and easily.

Review items will have either a yellow icon or red icon in the Elevation view. Users can hover over these items to see a more specific label of what the issue may be.

The review pane can be opened from the lower left corner of the CAD screen (by the status bar),

Clicking on Review Pane will open a consolidated list of all review items in the design on the left side of the screen. The list will be grouped by individual walls and the entire design/space. User the > next to each heading to drop down the review items for that wall/space. and the > again for more specific information or part numbers.

Users can hover over review items in the elevation or review pane list to see the issue more clearly. If hovering over the list, it will show which items need review in the elevation view.

The review items are either Warnings or Errors:

An issue in CAD that may need closer review. Technically can proceed with warnings in design, but should be fixed for best results.	An issue in CAD that requires a fix. Marks issues that literally cannot get ordered/manufactured as is.

To clear the review item, users must correct the warning or error. The review pane can remain open as the user makes changes to the design. As the changes are fixed, the icon disappears and the item clears from the review pane list.

To close the review pane, click on the red X icon at the top of the review window.
