Some issues that might be corrected by Clear Client Cache in Epicor are listed at the bottom of this topic.
In Standard Layout:
On Home Screen, click the Settings button
In the Settings screen, click on Clear Client Cache
Log out of Epicor and then log back in
In Classic layout:
At top of screen, click Options
Click on Clear Client Cache
Log out of Epicor and then log back in
If Clear Client Cache does not resolve the issue, delete the C:\ProgramData\Epicor folder, which contains the temporary files.
Here are some issues that might be corrected by Clear Client Cache in Epicor
A report run to Print Preview does not appear.
Session with SessionID = … is invalid. Session has either timed out or has been deleted. You must login again to continue.
“Cannot access this menu item” error even though access permission is granted.
