Getting Started with your new iPhone
Power on your new iPhone
Once you see the Hello screen, swipe up to being the setup process.
Select your Language.
Select your Country or Region.
Choose your device Appearance.
Tap Set Up Without Another Device.
Choose a Wi-Fi network (optional).
Your phone will now activate.
Once activated, you will see a Remote Management screen. Tap Enroll this iPhone.
Wait for the enrolment to kick off and log into your Cal Closets Microsoft account when prompted.
You may need to authenticate with MFA from your other device.
Your iPhone will continue the configuration process. Please wait for this process to complete.
You may now set up Face ID if you’d like. Tap Continue to set up Face ID or tap Set Up Later to skip.
After Face ID setup is complete, create a 6-digit passcode.
Then tap Enable Location Services.
You will now be taken to your iPhone’s home screen.
While your iPhone setup is now complete, we strongly recommend that you set up your Microsoft Authenticator app for the best experience possible. Setting up the Authenticator app on this new device will help speed up the login to your other Microsoft apps, including Outlook.

Setting up the Microsoft Authenticator app
To set up your Authenticator app, follow the instructions below:
Open the Microsoft Authenticator app, which looks like this:
Accept the Privacy Agreement
Tap Continue on the next screen.
On the next screen, choose Add work or school account.
Sign in with your Cal Closets Microsoft account.
Again, you may need to authenticate via MFA from another device.
On the Sign-in with your phone screen, tap Continue.
Then tap Register.
If prompted to use Face-ID, tap Allow.
Allow notifications to ensure you are receiving MFA prompts on this device.
Your Authenticator setup is now complete.
You may now begin to use your phone for work.

Download company-approved apps from Company Portal
Open the Comp Portal (Company Portal) app to get started
Tap Sign in to log in with your Cal Closets account
If you have already set up the Authenticator App, it will open, and you can select your account to log in.
After you log in, you will be taken back to the Company Portal app. Then tap Apps in the bottom left of the screen.
You will see a list of available apps.
Tap on an app you wish to install, and then tap Install.
You will see a status of Pending show up once the app download has started.
If you back to your home screen, you can see the app is installing, and
The icon will update once the app has finished installing.
You can now tap the app to open and log into start using the app.
