Welcome to your company-managed iPhone! We’ve made setup a breeze and this guide will walk you through the setup process to help you get up and running as quickly as possible.

Please follow the instructions below to get started.

  1. Power on your new iPhone

  2. Once you see the Hello screen, swipe up to being the setup process.

  3. Select your Language.

  4. Select your Country or Region.

  5. Choose your device Appearance.

  6. Tap Set Up Without Another Device.

  7. Choose a Wi-Fi network (optional).

  8. Your phone will now activate.

  9. Once activated, you will see a Remote Management screen. Tap Enroll this iPhone.

  10. Wait for the enrolment to kick off and log into your Cal Closets Microsoft account when prompted.

  11. You may need to authenticate with MFA from your other device.

  12. Your iPhone will continue the configuration process. Please wait for this process to complete.

  13. You may now set up Face ID if you’d like. Tap Continue to set up Face ID or tap Set Up Later to skip.

  14. After Face ID setup is complete, create a 6-digit passcode.

  15. Then tap Enable Location Services.

  16. You will now be taken to your iPhone’s home screen.

While your iPhone setup is now complete, we strongly recommend that you set up your Microsoft Authenticator app for the best experience possible. Setting up the Authenticator app on this new device will help speed up the login to your other Microsoft apps, including Outlook.


To set up your Authenticator app, follow the instructions below:

  1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app, which looks like this:

  2. Accept the Privacy Agreement

  3. Tap Continue on the next screen.

  4. On the next screen, choose Add work or school account.

  5. Sign in with your Cal Closets Microsoft account.

  6. Again, you may need to authenticate via MFA from another device.

  7. On the Sign-in with your phone screen, tap Continue.

  8. Then tap Register.

  9. If prompted to use Face-ID, tap Allow.

  10. Allow notifications to ensure you are receiving MFA prompts on this device.

  11. Your Authenticator setup is now complete.

  12. You may now begin to use your phone for work.
