ADD TV
Users can add a TV to enhance a media center, office or any other space. This is done by selecting Add TV under the Tools section of the Elevation ribbon toolbar.

While this is strictly a tool for presentation, and not to be used to design around (base all design around the actual measurements), users can estimate the size of the TV by looking at the label in the upper left corner.

The options in Properties [Media] include the back offset (can be changed in placing over backing, etc), another option to change the aspect ratio, and the ability to change what is shown on the TV.
Stand will add a stand to the TV so that it can be “placed” on top of a component versus wall mounted. This doesn't show in 3D

In the Properties [Part], users can change the dimensions or rotate the room object if desired. This is measured in degrees.

As these room objects do not show in the elevation view, use caution when designing around them. Another option is to use the generic obstruction to match the dimensions of, for example, a fridge or washing machine. This will at least allow you to recognize it and build components around it. You can also change the design zone offset to ensure you do not accidently build into it. |
