Instead of manually entering customer information into Project Details,users can export/import customer information directly from California Closets Dashboard into a new CAD project file.

Once in Dashboard, navigate to the customer’s specific Job Screen. Click on Export Job towards the upper right, next to where the option to print the customer/job details page is located.

This will prompt a download. The location of where it is saved may vary by computer(it is typically the user’s desktop or downloads folder). Next, locate the file on the user’s computer - If it defaults to a ClosetCadPro file (it will be a red 3D icon thumbnail, as seen below) and can be opened like any other project file.

If the file is not recognized as a ClosetCADPro file (it is not showing as a red 3D thumbnail), you can right click on the file, select Open With and locate ClosetCADPro as the default program. |
