Quote Line Pricing in CC5
In Epicor Company CC5, Quote line pricing is calculated by summing the prices on the Parts on the Quote Assemblies.
The calculated pricing update is triggered by the following processes:
Quote Create Order/Job button
XMC Quotes To Create Order/Jobs
Setting the Quote line to Engineered
Quote Create Order/Job button
Click the Quote Create Order/Job button
The Quote is updated with pricing from the Customer Price List,
and the Sales Order and Job(s) are created.
Updated pricing has carried forward to the Sales Order.
XMC Quotes To Create Order/Jobs
Quote Pricing is also updated by the XMC Quotes To Create Order/Jobs.
Enter the Ship By Date, click the Create Orders/Jobs checkbox, click Create Orders/Jobs.
The Quote is updated with pricing from the Customer Price List,
and the Sales Order and Job(s) are created.
Pricing on the Quote has been updated.
Updated pricing has carried forward to the Sales Order.
Setting Quote line Engineered will also update the Quote pricing.
Set the Quote line to Engineered
Notice checking the Quote Line Engineered checkbox triggers Quote line pricing to be calculated from the Price List.
