Solution for encountering Pop-up Blockers

  1. When encountering a Pop-up Blocker error message click into the icon with the red X in the top right side of your browser.

  1. A new window will pop-up. Select to always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://californiaclosets.my.salesforce.com/ and click ‘Done.’

  1. You’ll need to close out of the Adobe Sign Agreement and click back into your draft on the Opportunity to reopen the Agreement link in the Agreements component.

Signed Contract is not automatically syncing to Dash Documents Tab

We have discovered that when a consult is booked from a lead, the signed contract may not automatically be uploaded to Dash. If you're experiencing this issue, we do have an option for you to manually 'upload files to Dash' see screenshot below.
