Tip: Cc Yourself on every Adobe Contract to receive the ‘Review and Sign’ email. If a customer says they never received the contract you can forward this email to them or send them the 'Review and Sign' link.

The ‘Review and Sign’ email is what the customer should receive once you send out the contract for Signature. Periodically, the customer will say they have not received the email to sign.

Here’s how to prepare for that situation:

  1. Choose ‘Add Cc’ or ‘Add Me’ to every Adobe Sign contract you send out

  1. You can forward the 'Review and Sign' email you send to the client

  2. You can email the client the link by right clinking on the Review and Sign link and ‘copy hyperlink.’
