The purpose of the Install Trainer Certification Program is to ensure all installation trainers are certified to the California Closets Installation Brand Standards. This program is to demonstrate alignment and practice of these standards, and requires trainers to actively participate, complete tasks, and demonstrate training. 

This applies to the install manager/leader/trainer in each location and is supported by the Installer Journey Team and CC Operators.

As we continue momentum toward standardizing the California Closets Way in all aspects of the business, standard installation practices are a crucial piece of this. As a certified install trainer, you have dedicated an extensive amount of effort and time to understanding these standard processes, developing your skills in coaching, and demonstrated these strengths with your installers. By completing this program, you have invested in yourself and your install team members to better the experience for installation and our California Closets customers.
