Currently BOLs are produced by a third party company; therefore, they are not needed. However, here are the steps to create a BOL.
Follow the path: Xmc>Material Management > Shipping/Receiving >General Operations >Bill of Lading Entry

NOTE: Freight classes would need to be set up already for this to generate properly. Therefore no additional screens are available at this time.
