Cre8tive Support reviewed the SQL, SSRS, Task Agent and Epicor Logs and it does not show why those had no activity at all. Since those tasks were never started, they recycled the app pool to get them removed from Active tasks.
Run Conversion 538 in the Conversion Workbench
User should be able to submit those again.
