It is recommended that you complete this step after making your intro call to the customer so that you are prepared for the consult. You need to download the file while on Wi-Fi.
2. A CADPro .3dds Download will be populated to where you direct it.
Save it to your Desktop. Create the customer CADPro file when you download or during the consult. After creating the CADPro file with the 3dds file, you can delete it.
