Job Status Review Hub Overview
Job Status Review Hub
The Job Status Review Hub is designed to display the entire lifecycle of open Epicor Jobs for the RBU from which it was launched and highlights related processing exceptions that need to be addressed in order to ensure that Supply & Demand records are current and Job Cost data is accurate. Functionality also exists for performing certain transactions from within the dashboard.
Overview

“BookDate” and “BookTime” (Date and Time of Mfg Submission Detail load into Epicor)
“PendingActions” (Steps required to be completed before job is closed)

Remaining columns summarize various job attributes (count of subassys, stock/nonstock materials, etc.)
Exceptions: Unissued Stock Materials – This section displays all unissued stock material records in the job’s bill of materials, their required and issued qty and cost, and default vendor. If these items are configured correctly, all will be automatically issued (backflushed) when the “Record Production” process is performed.
Exceptions: Nonstock Material Demand without Purchase Order – This section displays all nonstock (purchase direct to job) records in the job’s bill of materials, and their associated attributes, which do not currently have a purchase order associated with them. This section can be used to get a quick snapshot of any unaddressed purchasing requirements.
Exceptions: Nonstock Material Purchase Orders Pending Receipt – This section displays all nonstock materials with outstanding PO receipts, and their associated attributes and due dates.
Nonstock PO Rcpt Detail -- This section displays all previously received nonstock materials, and their associated attributes and receipt detail (packslip number, receipt date, received by, etc.)
Dashboard Navigation
