11. Send Proposal to Client

As you get more and more efficient it’s best to complete this step in the clients' home before you leave.
There are several ways to email your client a proposal choose which one works best for you!
Use the Snipping Tool on your computer to take a screen shot of 3D CAD rendering and email it to your client while you are in the home! You can search for the application or use the (windows key+shift+S) keyboard shortcut and paste the photo in the body of an email.
Use the Email function in CAD, go to the CAD Images Tab> all images will be pre-checked and you can click to remove the images that you do not wish to email to the client>enable the designs that you would like to quote to the client>check all of the boxes for e-Images, e-3D model (works for PD only), e-Price>click “Email” button on the Job Manager
Create a Proposal through Salesforce. Follow the steps to upload the design to Salesforce and Dash>Select DocGen Package>Navigate to files in the quick links>Download the proposal and email to client.
