The Accessories drop down includes options for adding items such: Tie racks (T), belt racks (B), garment rods (G), scarf racks (S), pull out mirrors (M), valet pins (P), and par-mounted hooks (H).
Select one of the above parts from the ‘Accessory’ pull down and pull into component. Left click to place at your desired height on the par, which will show the following partition-mounted parts:

Scarf Rack (S)

Garment Rod (G)
Valet Pins (P)
Pull Out Mirror (M)
Par Hook (H)
Hence the name, these parts are mounted to the side of a partition, either inside or out. Valet pins are placed on the front edge of a partition or fixed shelf.
Select one of these parts from the Accessories pull down. Move the cursor to a partition and note of the desired height - It appears as a bracketed dimension (such as 62” tall). It will round this number This number is rounded to the closest available bore hole. You must keep in mind The user must consider how much space is needed for the items that will be using these accessories.
Note: Valet pins can also be placed on the front edge of a fixed shelf, in addition to partitions.

*Proper placement is important for these parts. While most can be moved after initial install (the valet pin cannot move at all, and others may require skill to move), placing them where they can be easily accessed, items have enough space, and where the parts can pull out fully without obstruction is very important. Consult a sales manager or veteran designer if you have questions about spacing or location. |

Users can also pull these parts out in the 3D view, which is a realistic representation for your client.
If you are trying to add a par-mounted accessory to an outside partition that is shared with a bridging or connecting section, you may get a “Height Not Allowed” warning if the bridging component is too long, or if it gets in the way of where you are placing the accessory. This is usually seen when adding mirrors.
Even though you can’t always physically see it, the part may be clashing with the “bottom” of that section. You will know because it will turn green when you hover over it, like in the image to the right. To avoid this, you can “grab” the bottom of the bridging component and pull it higher up to wards the top of the Design Zone (see left). This will not affect your bridging component or shelf, but it will give you more usable space to place accessories.
You can edit or adjust your par-mounted accessory . While hovering the cursor over the part, look for the little hand before left clicking to hold. Move the cursor back and forth.

For most of these par-mounted accessories, users can change the ‘Type’ without deleting the accessory and adding a new one. This is true between the belt, tie, scarf, and garment rod. The Style , and Finish and Depth can also be adjusted changed to better fit your the space or design. Remember, you can apply these to other accessories, and it will apply to any par-mounted part that is listed under ‘Type’, as they are from the same family. , and options are specific to the type. Depth will auto-adjust based on the available space but can be changed if the option is available.
Offsets are added if placing par-mounted accessories behind doors. More information on cleats/offsets can be found here.

You will see several finish options. ClosetCadPro will not apply a finish change to any accessory or part unless it is available as a finish for that part – Otherwise, it will pick the next closest finish.
