Change SA Status
* Restricted Service Appointment Status Transitions
Only Managers have the ability to move an Initial Consultation's status from Complete to Cancelled or Scheduled and vice versa.
1 | Navigate to the Opportunity Page |

2 | Navigate to the “Service Appointments” console on the right side of the screen, Click the blue link to the Service Appointment (format: SA-######) |

3 | On the Service Appointment record, click the “Change SA” button on the top right corner. | |
4 | Select “Change Status” in the first drop down |

5 | Select the appropriate “Status Transition” which will either be “Scheduled” or “Cancelled” |
|
6 | Hit the blue “Next” button | |
7 | Close out of the service appointment tab, by hitting the “X” and go back to the opportunity page |
