Change SA Status

* Restricted Service Appointment Status Transitions

Only Managers have the ability to move an Initial Consultation's status from Complete to Cancelled or Scheduled and vice versa.

Navigate to the Opportunity Page

Navigate to the “Service Appointments” console on the right side of the screen, Click the blue link to the Service Appointment (format: SA-######)

On the Service Appointment record, click the “Change SA” button on the top right corner.

Select “Change Status” in the first drop down

Select the appropriate “Status Transition” which will either be “Scheduled” or “Cancelled”

Hit the blue “Next” button

Close out of the service appointment tab, by hitting the “X” and go back to the opportunity page
