Operating Hours

Designers are setup with standard operating hours, which determine their availability via the candidate and book appointment scheduling tools. These hours represent window of time they are available for each day.

These hours are not tied to any specific date, so a designer should request to change them if their availability is going to change long-term. If a designer can’t make the slots on a specific day, they should log an absence for each instance that they are not available. If designers need these changed, they’ll have to go through a sales manager or customer liaison, they cannot manage this themselves.
 

Step by Step

 

  1. Search for the Operating Hours for your team in the top search bar, which can be filtered to search for only Operating Hours and type in your location ID (ex. NV123) in the search bar. Select the Operating Hours list for your location.

 

 

 

  1. “Pin” or “Favorite” this list view for your team for quick access in the future.

 

  1. Select the designer’s name to open their operating hours.

 

 

  1. Scroll down to the Time Slots Editor. You can click and drag cursor to the right anywhere on the grid to create a new slot. When you’ve made your edits, click Save in the upper right.

 

  • Hover over a slot to view the timeframe

  • Right click and “copy to next day” to duplicate the same timeframe

  • Click and drag the sides of a slot to increase or decrease the timeframe of the slot.

  • Delete any slot by clicking on the X in the timeslot box.

  • Click and drag from the center of a slot to relocate on the grid.

  • After you click Save, make sure to refresh and confirm you see the slots you added.

 

 

 

  1. The saved time slots will be presented in the Candidates and Book Appointment Scheduling Tools used by liaisons as designer availability.
