Open the file under Inventory in the left hand panel or in the Inventory tab.

NOTE: If there were comments, they would show up in the Comments tab. You can also add comments here as necessary.
You will need to Pass or Fail the item.
- Enter the Passed Qty
- Enter the Failed Qty
- Enter the Bin
- Enter the Warehouse
- Click Save
If we Pass the item are there any additional steps? We won’t get a DMR number so want is the next step (if any).

NOTE: In the example above there is only a Qty of 1; however, if for example there were 10 it would be required to pass or fail all 10. This can be broken up in various quantities such as Pass 6 and Fail 4, Pass 5 and Fail 5, etc. You cannot go back into this record to adjust it. If failed in inspection it goes on to DMR.
Once Saved a screen will appear with the DMR number (if there were a failed item).

NOTE: Remember once failed you cannot modify these records for quality control purposes.
