NOTE: If there were comments, they would show up in the Comments tab. You can also add comments here as necessary.

You will need to Pass or Fail the item.

  1. Enter the Passed Qty
  2. Enter the Failed Qty
  3. Enter the Bin
  4. Enter the Warehouse
  5. Click Save

If we Pass the item are there any additional steps? We won’t get a DMR number so want is the next step (if any).

NOTE: In the example above there is only a Qty of 1; however, if for example there were 10 it would be required to pass or fail all 10. This can be broken up in various quantities such as Pass 6 and Fail 4, Pass 5 and Fail 5, etc. You cannot go back into this record to adjust it. If failed in inspection it goes on to DMR.  If passed the item there are noadditional steps as it goes back into inventory. If passed just make sure you have the correct warehouse and bin location.

Once Saved a screen will appear with the DMR number (if there were a failed item).
