Setting Up an Inspector ID

Follow the path: Xmc>Production Management>Quality Assurance>General Operations>Inspection Processing>Inspector Processing Entry

1. Right Click on the White Space of Inspector ID box
2. Click on Open With and Inspector Entry

1. Click on New
2. In Inspector enter initials of user
3. In Name enter the user’s name
4. Click on Save

NOTE: You can inactivate a user by clicking the Inactive button and clicking on save, as this is not tied to any specific security. If you have access to any of the quality programs you will have access to any Inspector ID.

This will take you back to the Detail Screen.

1. Right Click on the white space of Inspector ID
2. Click on Refresh List

The Inspector ID will now appear in the drop down.
