CC Dashboard - Disabling Two-Way Sync

With Two-Way Data Sync enabled in Dash, if a Service Appointment is re-assigned to another designer, the event in your Outlook may become orphaned. Resulting in the below message:

To remedy this and to align with our recommendations for the best experience, we recommend that you disable the two-way sync feature so that your Dashboard appoiuntments only sync in one direction. From Dashboard to Outlook.


In order to update your Data Sync

Log into Dashboard

Go to My Account > My Data Sync > click on your email address

In the pop-up, uncheck all of the boxes aside from Push Appts (which you should not be able to uncheck)

 

Click Continue and Accept Permissions if asked

Your Two-Way Data Sync should now be disabled
