CC Help Desk - View your open tickets

Cal Closets Help Desk – How to view your open support tickets

 

  1. Log into the CC Help Desk

  2. Click on your user in the top-right corner of the page. The number you see indicates the number of open tickets you have.

  3. Then click on Requests.

  4. You will be taken to a page where you can see all of your open tickets, or tickets that you are noted as a participant on.

  5. You can also get to this page directly from this link: https://calclosets.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?page=1&reporter=all&statuses=open

  6. Or click View your open requests from the Help Desk portal announcement.
