Cal Closets Help Desk – How to view your open support tickets
Log into the CC Help Desk
Click on your user in the top-right corner of the page. The number you see indicates the number of open tickets you have.
Then click on Requests.
You will be taken to a page where you can see all of your open tickets, or tickets that you are noted as a participant on.
