Sync Outlook contacts to your iPhone

Overview

On company-issued phones, contacts can be synced from Outlook over to your iPhone. By syncing your work contacts with Outlook, you can be sure they follow you from device to device.

Outlook will automatically install on company-managed iPhones. You simply need to log in after launching the Outlook app. Skip to step 3 for login instructions.


Open Microsoft Outlook

  1. Open the Outlook app on your iPhone

  2. Tap on More Apps and then Contacts

  3. You can add any new contacts in Outlook by clicking New Contact

  4. Review your current Outlook contact list

  5. These contacts will sync to your iPhone after you set up the sync in the next steps


Setting up the Contact Sync

  1. From Outlook, tap your user icon in the top left. Then tap on settings

  2. Tap on Contacts

  3. Then toggle on Save Contacts

  4. Tap Save to my iPhone

  5. Tap Allow Full Access to sync all your Outlook contacts to your phone

  6. Once complete, you should see that Save Contacts is enabled

  7. And when you go to your iPhone’s contacts, you’ll see your Outlook contacts appear.

  8. Now any time you update your Outlook contacts, or add new ones, the change will sync to your iPhone contacts.
