View modes make it easier to add or edit certain aspects of a design.
View modes can be changed using the View Mode drop down in the Tools section of the Elevation ribbon toolbar.

Users spend most of the time in Standard View mode while designing in ClosetCADPro. This view mode allows editing of all parts and components again. To return to Standard view mode from another view more, select it from the drop down or add a new part from the Parts menu to automatically revert back.

COMPONENT VIEW MODE

The Component View mode enables edits to a component, but won’t allow the selection or edits to any part. This makes it easier to move, delete, center and manipulate a component without parts getting in the way. Click HERE to learn more.

DOOR VIEW MODE

The Door View mode is a feature that provides users quick and easy access to edit component doors. Click HERE to learn more.

LIGHTING VIEW MODE

The Lighting View mode is a feature that provides users quick and easy access to edit lighting in a design.

SLIDING VIEW MODE

The Sliding View mode is a feature that provides users quick and easy access to edit sliding doors and mullions.

VIEWPORT VIEW MODE

The Viewport View mode is a feature that provides users the option to create and edit viewports in Plan and Elevation views.

INSTALLER VIEW MODE

The Installer View mode is a presentation mode that turns certain labels and measurements on/off for ELV views, such as rail length, cover length and mounting height. Will print if p-install is checked in job manager. 

INSTALLER LIGHTING VIEW MODE

The Installer Lighting View mode is a presentation mode that shows a similar view as in lighting view mode, but has additional labels and prints out lighting with specific call outs for install. Not necessarily specific to designer. Will print if p-install is checked in job manager.
