Replace Recipient

If a Client hasn’t received the contract in their email or you need to change or make a correction to the existing email within the Adobe Agreement you can ‘Replace Recipient.’

  1. Go into your existing agreement that is Waiting for Counter-Signature' or ‘Out for Signature.’

  2. Click ‘Replace Recipient.'

  1. Click into the dropdown to the right of User or Contact and select ‘Email.’

  1. Add new email address and click ‘Replace.’
