Note: The information in this topic has not been implemented. It is currently in testing.

On very large Jobs, the Job Completion Dashboard sometimes locks up, seems to hang, or freezes. Use the custom dashboard Job Completion – Schedule to process exceptionally large Jobs.

1. Load the Quote via the automation from CCDashboard or as in Load Quotes to CC5

2. Process XMC Quotes to be Ordered  to create the Sales Order and Job(s)

3. Launch Prod Mgt > Job Mgt > Gen Ops > Job Completion – Schedule as

   1. Click the Jobs button, search, select, & return the Job

b. Click the Schedule checkbox on the Job returned in the grid

c. Click the Schedule button.  A box briefly with processing status in progress.

d. Message “Job scheduled successfully” is returned.  Click OK.

4. Launch Scheduled Jobs – Dash Jobs to see the status od Scheduled Job Completions.

a. Open the Scheduled Jobs / Dash Jobs sheet, click the refresh icon.

b. Queue Date and Queue Time are the date and time the Job is scheduled to process.

c. The system will check the Was Processed checkbox when the Job Completion steps are done.

5. Launch the Job Closing Menu to review the Completed Job.
