Complete and Ship Revenue for CCDash Jobs

Summary
When the Install Complete Date is updated for a Job in CCDash but the Job is not sent to the Complete and Ship Revenue automation, use the “Quote Installation Date DB” dashboard to process all the steps the automation does for New Jobs.

Jobs that have been completed in CCDash but did not process through the Complete and Ship Revenue automation may be processed by the Quotes Installation Date dashboard. This dashboard will complete the Job and Sales Order Shipment process Quote/Order.

The Complete and Ship Revenue automation processes most New Jobs (NJ) sent from CCDash. When the CCDash Final Install Date is saved, the date is sent to Epicor, the Epicor Job is completed, and the Sales Order is shipped as of the Final Install Date. But, some New Jobs are missed by the interface that sends Jobs to the automation. Other types of Jobs - like AP Ad-Hoc Parts Order – are by design not sent by the interface.

How to process the Quotes Installation Date dashboard:
In Epicor, navigate to Sales Mgt > Quote Mgt > Custom > Quotes Installation Date DB
Also available in the Customizations folder.

  1. When the screen opens, click the Refresh icon.

  2. Sort the result by Order, and locate the Order to be processed.

  3. Use the calendar or key in the “Installation Date” that was entered in CCDash.

  4. Tab out, and the “Update Installation Date” checkbox is checked automatically.

  5. Click the “Update installation Date” button.

  6. All the Orders with “Installation Date” set will be completed and shipped.

  7. A message will be presented when the update is complete.
