Designer Service Resource Profiles

A designer’s profile is composed of the service resource profile, operating hours profile services territories, and designer skills.

1. Search for these profiles for your team in the top search bar, which can be filtered to search for only service resources.

2. “Pin” or “Favorite” this list view for your team for quick access in the future.

3. You can click on a designer's name to get a comprehensive view of their Service Resource profile.

   1. The Service Resource profile includes the following tabs:

      • Calendar & Details (shows their service appointments and resources absences)

      • Resource Absences

      • Service Territories

      • Service Appointments

      • Skill Levels

      • Related

4. The default display is for 12:00am. The calendar view can be modified to start at a more convenient time by adjusting the time frame in the upper right of the section and selecting the check mark. The user can also select any date or view by the week or day.

5. Every appointment and resource absence will appear on the calendar view. The user can hover on each for more details. They can also click on the record number to access the records.
