25. Create '@Help' Cases

 Instructions

  1. Click into @Help Tab from:

    Leads

    Accounts

    Contacts

    Service Appts.

    Opportunities

  2. Click on the “@Help” tab

 

  1. Select a Type from the drop down

  1. Required Fields: Type - Subject - Description

  1. You will get a link to your email that you have an open case and you can follow the link to track the status of your request.
