22. "Log a Call" feature

The “Log a Call” feature can be used as a way to quickly document what is going on with a customer.

 Instructions

  1. The feature is located on the the right side of the opportunity under the Activity tab

 

 

  1. Change the subject like to the note you want to reference and use ‘comments’ section to leave additional comments

  2. Click Save and scroll down to find the call logged below
